Mohammad Bzeek
An Angel for Ailing Children

Mohammad Bzeek is a Libyan-American foster parent in Los Angeles who has dedicated his life to an extraordinary mission: caring for terminally ill children. Since the early 1980s, Bzeek has fostered more than 80 children, many of whom were nearing the end of their lives. His commitment is to ensure no child dies alone, providing them with love, dignity, and a family in their final moments.
Bzeek's journey began with his late wife, Dawn, who was a foster mother. After she passed away, he continued their mission, often taking in children who were deemed "medically fragile" and difficult to place with other foster families. He provides round-the-clock care, administering medications, managing complex medical equipment, and staying by their side to the very end.
His selfless work is not just about providing physical care, but also about offering emotional and spiritual support. Bzeek believes every child, regardless of their condition, deserves to be loved. His incredible dedication has made him a beacon of hope and a true hero, embodying the deepest meaning of compassion and unconditional love.
